Booking for a School, Church or Camp
Institutional bookings run on paperwork and lead time, not on picking a bounce house. Here's everything your business office, your insurer and your venue are going to ask for — most of which we can have to you the same day.

We issue these at no charge, naming your school, parish, town or district as additional insured. Give us the exact legal name and address your risk office wants on it — 'Springfield Public Schools' and 'City of Springfield' are not interchangeable, and a certificate with the wrong name gets rejected the day before your event. Ask two weeks out; some districts need it filed before a purchase order is released.
W-9, purchase orders and invoicing
We're an established Massachusetts LLC and can provide a current W-9 on request. We accept purchase orders from schools, districts, churches and municipalities, and we'll invoice rather than requiring a card at booking. Tell us at the quote stage that you're on a PO so we set the order up that way from the start rather than converting it later.
Deposits work differently for you
Private customers pay a 25–50% card deposit. Schools, churches and similar organisations can secure a date with a check or an approved PO instead. That matters when your event is in June and your budget doesn't open until the new fiscal year — talk to us and we'll work with the timing.
How many units for how many students
For a field day, plan on one high-throughput unit per 100 students if they're rotating on a schedule, and one per 50 if it's open-attendance. A dual-lane obstacle course moves roughly twice as many kids per hour as a single-lane one, which matters more than size. Tell us your enrolment and your schedule and we'll work out the mix.
Supervision and volunteers
Every inflatable needs an adult watching it whenever children are on it — that's your responsibility and it's in the rental agreement, so it needs to be on your volunteer roster before the day. Our crew briefs whoever is present at setup on rules, capacity and the shut-off. Budget one volunteer per unit, two for the dunk tank.
Power, surfaces and permits
Each unit needs a standard outlet within 100 feet, and multiple units on one circuit will trip a breaker — school gyms and parish halls are often on fewer circuits than you'd expect. On grass we stake; on blacktop we ballast, which we need to know in advance. Some municipal parks require a permit or restrict staking entirely, so check with the department that owns the field.
Rain, and what happens to your date
We watch forecasts for booked institutional events and we'll call you rather than wait for you to call us. We shut down for lightning and high wind — not negotiable. For school events we'll do everything we can to move you to a rain date, but June Fridays are the single busiest slot we have, so build a backup indoor plan for the games and arenas, which work in a gym.
